ABOUT THE PROGRAM 2018
The application is open to eligible students of Romanian citizenship living in Romania. The process and eligibility criteria are described below. Our program offers unique opportunities for a well rounded American experience. Students will be in Boston area from approximately mid July to mid August attending either day programs while living with local families or overnight camps. EERC carefully identifies host families and secures respective camps. While the students are in Boston area there is dedicated volunteer staff who will visit the student at the camp and/or at the host family. The students will participate in outings around Boston neighborhoods, day trips, museum visits and a day trip to New York City. Our program is not designed for leisure travel; emphasis is placed on camp experience and English language improvement rather than sightseeing. Visit Testimonial section on our website and our Facebook page to see what our alumni and their families are saying about their experience with us.
