November to January: Application and Interview Season

Deadlines for submitting applications vary by year. Interviews are scheduled beginning in December and concluding in early January. 

February: Final Selection is concluded

Students have accepted their scholarships. Final EERC program fee payment is due as stated in the Agreement letter. You may pay your program fee at any time before the deadline.

March to May:  School Placement and Payments

Camp placement  and Host family matching it s a lengthy process; completed by end of May. 

June: Arrival

June 1st is the deadline for submitting all information, permission, and medical forms to EERC. Students arrive by the end of June.

June to July: Camp and Host Placement 

Students will arrive in Boston, MA, and are transported to camps and hosts. The program is livened by the Welcoming Party and it will culminate in a visit to NYC and Boston sightseeing.
